A simple flash experiment in flocking behaviors was the inspiration for the brainclippings.com site footer.

Developed with Actionscript 3, a small swarm of insects buzz happily around the footer regardless of the width of the browser being used. When the mouse comes near the insects, they are attracted and swarm around the pointer.
